INDICATIVE FEE SCHEDULE

This indicative scale of fees is expressed in price excluding tax. The applicable VAT is 20%.

The fee rate is set, by type of procedure or act, according to the time required for the study and analysis of the file, its complexity, the degree of technicality required as well as, where applicable, pecuniary advantages. or morals provided to the client.

A PROFIT FEE can be claimed by the Firm, corresponding to a percentage excluding tax:

• either of the total amount of judicial convictions that will be pronounced against the opposing party or of the total amount of sums obtained on behalf of the client by virtue of a transaction or any other amicable agreement,

• either of the total amount of the reduction of the sums claimed from the customer by the opposing party resulting either from the judicial conviction, or from a discontinuance of proceedings and action, or from a transaction or any other amicable agreement.

In all cases, legal proceedings are subject to a request for reimbursement from the opposing party of the legal costs incurred, in application of article 700 of the Code of Civil Procedure or 475-1 of the Code of Procedure. criminal.
