Since 1997, our firm advises, assists and defends its clients, individuals and legal entities in all areas of law.
Its Founder, Mister Philippe NEWTON, graduated in Business Management (DUT), Commercial Law and Labor Law (Masters and DESS), and holder of the CAPA, took the oath in 1997.
Mister NEWTON also has a solid operational experience in business law, having been, for nearly 3 years, Associate Legal Director of an international group, listed on the french stock exchange.
The NEWTON office operates throughout France and abroad (English-speaking countries) and mainly in:
Maître Newton was a partner and legal director of a large international listed company with a turnover of nearly 36 million euros and 70 employees.
This experience enabled him to grasp all the legal and policy issues facing societies.
He thus has operational experience which complements his university master's degree in business law.
